Sub-processors

We engage a small number of trusted sub-processors solely to provide, secure, and support our services. We do not sell, rent, or use personal data for third-party advertising.

Current sub-processors

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform - communications transport used to route and deliver customer-enabled WhatsApp messages and return delivery status. The applicable role and processing scope follow the customer’s Meta terms and the P&P agreement.
• Cloud infrastructure provider – hosting and storage of application data (primary region: EU where available).
• Email delivery provider – transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations, signature receipts).
• Observability/monitoring provider – logs/metrics strictly for reliability and security.
• File processing – secure file scanning/transformation necessary for supported formats.

Changes to this list

We will update this page prior to adding or replacing sub-processors. Where required by our agreement, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to object.
